Our Process
Assembly
Core, stiles, and rails are glued together.
Pressing
Doors are pressed for 45 minutes.
Curing
Doors cure in a humidity-controlled dry room for four hours.
Finishing

Doors are packaged with care for customer delivery. Every skid is always complete with 30 doors.
